Are crabs and scabies STDs

Hi

Both crabs and scabies are spread by close body contact, so they are commonly passed beween sexual partners.

But both scabies and crabs can also be passed when there is close body contact that is not sexual.

Scabies and crabs can also be passed when sharing towels, clothing and bedding.

Check out our page on crabs and the BCCDC page on scabies.
