Thanks for your question. If you have had std testing done and already know you do not have an std, then you will not be transmitting any std in your pre ejaculate or your semen. If the semen has been exposed to air and dried, then std’s like HIV, chlamydia and gonorrhea will also have died if they were present. Health Nurse
