There are no symptoms that are caused by just having HIV. The symptoms people get with a HIV illness are common symptoms that can be caused by many different conditions. I am unsure what is causing your symptoms, but it would be a good idea to see a health professional about this.

As you are concerned about HIV it would be worth thinking about getting a test. 4 months after something happened would be enough time for HIV to be detected in a test.
