Can you get hiv by eating infected food?

Hi

No, it is not possible to get HIV from eating food because food cannot be infected with HIV. HIV is found in humans, and once outside the body the virus quickly dies. HIV is passed through blood and body fluids usually through sexual contact or sharing injection drug equipment.
