Yes you can but only when there is fresh semen on the fingers that are touching around and inside the entrance to the vagina. Sperm cannot survive outside the body if the semen or ejaculate is cold and/or dry.  So if one  or one’s partner had some on their fingers and wiped it off/ washed their hands before fingering, then one could not get pregnant this way.
