Yes, it is possible to have chlamydia and Trichomoniasis at the same time, common for us to see this. Both of them can be treated at the same time you just need different medication for each one, but these can be taken together.

To make sure they are not passed back to you after you have been treated, we recommend that past partners are treated and tested for these. One problem we have with Trichomoniasis and people with a penis is currently we do not have a test that can test for trichomoniasis, they just need to take the medication.
