The short answer is yes.

So long as you have abstained from sex for 7 days after the start of your treatment, then you can have sex on day 8. The antibiotics for Gonorrhea take 7 days to cure the infection. The symptoms for Gonorrhea usually go away in a few days after treatment, but we say to abstain from sex for the full 7 days to make sure the infection is not passed to anyone else.

To be on the safe side we recommend that you do not have sex until: your sex partner(s) have also been treated, even if their test results are negative.
