Herpes, Syphilis and HPV are STIs that can be passed through skin-to-skin contact. They are usually passed when one person rubs their genitals against another person’s genitals. It is not common for them to be passed from one person’s hand to another person’s genitals.
HIV is not passed this way.
The activities you have described are not how we see these infections being passed.
