I’m sorry that I cannot tell you what caused these symptoms. Nausea, headaches, tiredness and chills that last for only 30 minutes are not typical symptoms related to an HIV infection.

A car accident can be a traumatic experience and having someone blood splash on you can be scary but the odds of getting HIV this way are very low. The only way to know for sure is to test.
