No, we don’t see HIV being passed when receiving oral sex.

There are certain STI that can be passed when receiving oral sex like gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis etc…

I am unsure what type of rapid HIV test is being used in India. The rapid HIV test we use in BC Canada has a window period of 3 months and is 95% accurate by 6 weeks. I would recommend that you ask the health professional that is offering the test in India.
