The most common early symptoms of burning when urinating and pus discharge from the penis will occur with gonorrhea within 3-5 days of the sexual contact.  However if you have had unprotected sex prior to this encounter, it is possible for symptoms to be reflecting that past contact and would be best to have them checked out at your local STI clinic or with your doctor.
