I don’t know your complete situation so let me know if I get any of the information about what happened to you wrong.

An Elisa HIV test is an antibody test and at 33 days it would be 91% accurate. Getting tested at 12 weeks really depends on what type of risk has been happening. We don’t see HIV passing when receiving oral sex so if that is your only risk then there would be no need to do a f/u HIV test.

There are a few STI like chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis that can be passed when receiving oral sex so it would be good to get tested for those. Syphilis can take up to 12 weeks to show in a blood test after it has passed to you. Given this it would be good to do a blood test at 12 weeks for syphilis.
