Hello, about 2 weeks ago i had an encounter with a prostitute where we had vaginal sex ( with condom) she performed oral sex (with condom) and I did to her like 30 seconds of cunnilingus without protection, right now im worried if ive could have hiv from the cunnilingus i did to her ( her hiv status is unknown), recently i've red that the acts previously described have low to no chances of adquiring hiv but im not sure if at the moment i had any sores in my mouth, plus i discovered 2 a week after ( sores are common on me even before i started my sex life) but I have anxiety right now about having it plus today I have a random pain on my mid back (i think it could be caused by a bad movement or something) and that is my case plus I scheduled a test for the 29 (33 days after the risk situation) please can i have some advise thanks . btw I used durex extra safe condoms PD Is it true saliva neutralizes hiv? That was my previous question describing my situation Update: test at 33 days came back negative at day 35 i developed light flu symptoms present till today (day39) i think could have catch a flu by sharing a drink with a classmate that is sick till today 1) should I re test at 12 weeks 2) is the 4rth gen combo test accurate for the time elapsed since my possible risk exposure thanks

The 4th generation test is 95% accurate by 6 weeks and will give you a final result at 3 months. The test you did at 33days is a good sign as the test is 93% accurate at that stage and the sex you had was low risk for HIV passing to you.

I would not be worried about the flu like symptoms, they can be caused by many things not related to HIV. The best way to check for HIV is with a HIV test which you have done. As this has been worrying you I would suggest getting a final HIV test after 3 months not because of the risk that happened, but because I think it can help with not developing worry at a later date.
