HI, thanks for your questions. There is no cream that would lead to a longer HIV window period. If you had the HIV RNA or early test at the 6 week mark, then this is considered to cover the window period up to 99% to detect the virus if it was transmitted to you. Its important to consider other STI’s that are transmitted through unprotected sex so although you have tested out HIV, you could consider testing for syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea so you know. If you are still seeing these girls, then having a conversation and doing STI testing together can be reassuring for all of you.
