We don’t see sexually transmitted infections (STI) passing to men when receiving a hand job.

I guess it could be possible to maybe pass something like chlamydia if the person had vaginal fluid on their fingers and then touched the tip of you penis straight away, this would not be a good way to pass chlamydia.

If you are concerned you could always wait 2 weeks and then go do a urine gonorrhea/ chlamydia test?
