If someone tested at 12 weeks would you consider that final or ask them to test again in 6 days? On this website itself there are some answers saying 12 weeks and some saying 90 days. What is actually considered the final cut off 12 weeks or 90 days? Have you even seen or heard of a case where results changed between 84 days and 90 or above days? Thank you for helping.

Hi

There would be no need for another test at 90 days.

Places use window periods like 90 days, 12 weeks and 3 months so that it is easy for different people to remember when to do their final test.

You would be fine with doing one at 12 weeks (84 days) as your final test.
