Hello, I had a possible hiv exposure with a csw 18 weeks back. It was unprotected oral and vaginal sex. I have tested negative 1. using 4th generation test at 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 weeks 2. Dna pcr at 10 and 12 weeks 3. Rna pcr at 16 weeks. Can i consider my self 100% negative hiv free? Do i need to test upto 6 months or 1 year or more?

You are certainly 100% HIV free.

We find that the 4th generation HIV test would give you a final result after 3 months. There is no need for any further testing.

We know that sometimes people can still worry about HIV even though all the testing says they do not have HIV.
