We don’t see gonorrhea or chlamydia passing this way. Condoms offer good protection against these two when having oral sex.
Some STI like HPV, herpes and syphilis can still pass when using condoms for oral sex because the condom may not cover the genital area that is being contacted by the other person’s mouth. Even though this is possible it is not common for these three to be passed this way and using condoms for oral sex really reduces the chance of something passing.
