I don’t think you need to worry about STIs from this situation. It sounds like the only blood and body fluids involved came from you – and you can’t catch an STI from your own body fluids!

If she also had a bleeding cut on her hand, and her blood got into your cut, I might advise you get a Hepatitis C test in about 2-4 months. But otherwise, I don’t think there is any risk of you getting an STI from this.
