Hi
It seems like there are a couple of things going on for you.
The first one seems like you are concerned that something like HIV may have been passed to you. You’re covered for episode #1 as your test was done at least 3 months after you had sex. This would have given you an accurate result and HIV was not passed to you. With episode #2 to #4 your HIV risk would be low as you used a condom for the sex that you had. Even if the risk is low it can still cause a lot of stress especially when you get symptoms you are worried about. As the last episode happened in Oct 2017 a HIV test done today would give you an accurate result. The symptoms that someone can get when HIV is first passed to them can be caused by many different conditions; the only way to find out if HIV is causing the symptoms is by doing a HIV test.
It would be good to find a place that does HIV testing and also offers support, you could discuss your situation with them and they may be able to help you with a decision about testing. In Canada we have good services that provide HIV testing as well as personal counselling to help people with these types of situations.
The other item seems to be that you’re doing something that you regret doing after it has happened. If you were in Canada I would suggest talking to a counsellor about this, I am unsure of what services you have available in your country to access. It is common for us to see this happen around sex at our clinic and the solutions are different for each person, as it really depends on what is causing someone to have this conflict. For example I have seen people who get drunk and then feel really horny and then doing something they regret. I have also seen people who may feel really lonely or stressed want to have sex that they then regret, but at the time it was something that was helping with their feeling of loneliness and stress. I have seen people who just enjoy having sex but then feel really bad as it goes against a value they may have. Everyone is different and a counsellor can help people resolve this.
