HIV is not commonly passed through oral sex even if there is ejaculation. The fact that in your situation there was no ejaculation means the chance of infection if extremely low.

Your risks are more related to STIs that are easily passed through oral sex such as Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Syphilis. It is a good idea to test for these if you have not done so.

Rapid HIV testing that is used in British Columbia has a 12 week window period. This means that it can take up to 12 weeks after a person is infected with HIV to test positive, though over 90% of people will test positive by 6 weeks.
