It is possible to get some STIs when you get oral sex without a condom. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, HPV (warts), syphilis and herpes are easily passed this way.

HIV is not passed when you get oral sex.

Gonorrhea and Chlamydia are not passed with hand jobs even when there are body fluids present. It is possible to pass HPV, syphilis and herpes this way.

It is always a good idea to get tested after having sexual contact with a new or casual partner.
