As this is a site that deals with STIs and HIV I can assure you that you would not be at risk for any of these given what you have said. These would not be passed this way.
It is generally recommended that if you have a break in the skin such as a cut or scratch, you clean the area with water and cover it with a bandage to protect it from bacteria and further injury that could slow the healing process. An antibacterial cream can be applied to the area before the bandage is applied.
