Hi,
HIV is typically not passed through oral sex (blow job).
If you are the reciever of oral sex we would say there is no risk. If you are the giver of oral sex we would say very low risk.
It’s technically possible for the giver to get HIV through oral sex if they have cuts on the lips or mouth, or they have an infection in their throat. However, this is not common.
