If the person who has HIV is on medications for HIV and has had an undetectable viral load in his blood tests for over 6 months, that person cannot transmit HIV through any type of sex. Undetectable equals untransmittable. In general oral sex is a very low risk for HIV transmission. HIV is not transmitted in saliva.
