Hi, thanks for your questions. The HIV TRI DOT test is not used in Canada. The 4th generation HIV test is now routinely used in Canada and can reliably detect HIV at a month. This means that the HIV negative test results that you have received at 54 days and 64 days are accurate. this would also meant that the symptoms of nausea and joint pain are not from HIV infection. Please consider seeing a doctor about these symptoms so an assessment can be made.
