The only way to find out if you had HIV passed to you is by doing a HIV test. As it has been 5 months your well past the HIV window period and a test done now would give you an accurate result for the sex you are concerned about.

I don’t know your full sexual/risk history so it is difficult for me to give information on your chance of having HIV, but we do not see HIV passing to people when condoms are used correctly and every time someone has sex.
