With the HIV antibody test we use in BC Canada we find that it is 95% accurate by 6 weeks (42 days) and you would get a final result at 3 months.

You can trust your non-reactive result since it was done at 65days and would have a high degree of accuracy, but the main reason you can trust the result is because we do not see HIV being passed when receiving oral sex.

There are some sexually transmitted infections (STI) that can be passed when receiving oral sex but HIV is not one of them.
