Hi, thanks for your question. You can only know about your own sexual health status by testing. It is possible to have an sti like chlamydia without any symptoms. It is recommended that all sexually active people have STI testing done. This includes a urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea ( bacterial infections passed in semen, vaginal or anal fluids or from throat contact) and blood testing for HIV and syphilis. It is also a good idea to have your Hepatitis B vaccinations up to date as if someone is a Hepatitis B carrier then this can be transmitted in all body fluids.
