I got a skin scratch from a door steel lock while walking on my arm. Like upper skin got scrached and pain. Then next day i took bath and my towel touch that skin while cleaning my body also which got hurt so can hiv transmit that way if any blood on towel? Towel was dry. Plz help?

HIV would not pass with the situation you have described. The HIV virus does not survive for long when it is outside the body.
