Hi, thanks for your question. The scenario you describe is not a common way to get a blood virus like HIV or Hepatitis. It is possible to get chlamydia and gonorrhea this way with direct transfer of infected sexual fluid into your eye. If you had been exposed to chlamydia and/or gonorrhea this way, you may notice your eye becoming red in a couple days and a yellow discharge collecting in the corners of your eye. If this has happened, please consider going to see a doctor for testing and treatment. If the same thing happens in the future, just rinse your eye out right away with clean running water.
