You cannot get HIV from the activities you describe.

Condoms offer great protection against HIV, and without a cut on your finger there is no way for HIV to get into the body.

At this time we would not recommend any testing. If you choose to test at 4 weeks after the date of this sexual encounter it may give you some peace of mind.

We find that it is common for people to feel worried about HIV when they have new sexual experiences. It seems if someone has a strong feeling like shame, guilt etc… it can make it seem like they were doing something that must have some STI risk.
