Hi

Tender breasts and cramping could be a sign that you are pregnant. It is difficult to know as these symptoms can be caused by other conditions as well. The most common symptom is that your period is late.

The best way to find out is by doing a pregnancy test. Your health care provider can do this test for you or you could also buy one from your local drugstore.

It can be stressful dealing with an unexpected pregnancy. In BC Canada we have support lines available with people who can help you work through your options and provide support. Have a look at our “I might be pregnant” page for these telephone numbers and web pages.
