The most common signs for being pregnant are having a missed period, tender swollen breast, feeling tired, nausea with or with vomiting.

I don’t know your full medical/sexual history or what other symptoms you are having but I would also recommend seeing a health care professional about STI testing.

With having unprotected sex it is possible to get pregnant or have an STI pass. The health professional would be able to do a pregnancy test and STI testing for you. They could also discuss the symptoms you are having.
