I don’t know as it really depends on what is causing the lump on your scrotum.

I would recommend going to see a health care professional about this. They would be able to do an exam and could probably tell you straight away by just looking at it.

I know that it can be embarrassing seeing a health care professional about a private matter but it is common for men to see them about this type of symptom.
