I have small red kindof pimple looking growths in my pubic region. They cannot be popped soo there is no puss or anything inside and idea what these could be?

It’s difficult to say what could be causing the growths in your pubic region.

There are growths that can be caused by STI like genital warts, but there are many growths that are non STI related like irritation to the skin, infections of the hair follicles, cysts etc…
