i often have sex without ejaculation and is very frustrating. how can i change that?

There are many reasons men may not be able to ejaculate during sex. Some can be physical and some psychological. Somtimes, it can be a combination of both. Certain medications (either prescription or non-prescription) as well as alcohol can also make it difficult to ejaculate.

As this is frustrating you, I would recommend talking with a health care provider to help determine what may be the cause in your situation. They will be able to take a complete health history from you and order any tests they feel necessary.

You may also consider seeing a counsellor or sex therapist to determine if the cause may be psychological. Stress and anxiety can impact men’s ability to ejaculate and these can be from any area of life. A counsellor or sex therapist can help determine causes that are not physical that may be interfering with your ablility to ejaculate. They can also offer suggestions to deal with these issues.

If you are interested in finding a counsellor or sex therapist check out BC Counsellors.
