Hi
It’s a good sign that your HIV tests have been negative. There are many conditions that cause the symptoms you have been having or the change in CD4. The only way to find out if you have HIV is by going for a HIV test.
We find that the 4th generation antigen (p24)/antibody HIV test shows really good accuracy by 6 weeks but that we recommend a follow up test at 3 months just to make sure. Given this your HIV test at 3 months would be conclusive; no more HIV testing is needed.
The other thing is that we do not see HIV passing when someone is receiving oral sex. HIV is not in the saliva so would not pass that way. I would suggest following up with the health care people you have been seeing to see what could be causing this problem for you.
I am confident in saying that it does not look like HIV is causing the problem given your testing history and results.
