I am not sure I understand your question but will try to answer it as best I can.
It sounds like you had sex with someone in 2008 that tested positive for HIV in 2014. You had a HIV test in 2014 that was negative. Standard HIV tests are accurate if they are done 3 month or more after a risk. Yours was done 7 years after the risk so your negative result means you did not get HIV from this person.
