I’m entering into a new relationship and have been asked to present test results. Is it possible to get a print out of the results once the tests are completed and the results known?

Hi

You should be able to get a print out or copy of your test results from the person who did the tests.

In our clinics, people are not routinely asked for identification (ID) and we don’t require it for testing. However, if you do want copies of your test results we need to see your picture ID before you get tested and when you come back for results. The name you use for testing has to match your ID.

This is an important step we take to protect your privacy..If you want a copy of your results, you need to talk about this with the healthcare provider before the tests are done.
