In your “know your chances ” chart says STI can easilly passed when performing oral sex without a condom (mouth on penis) , it it to the giver or receiver ? also rubbing the bare penis on her underwear is risky ?

This would apply for both the giver and receiver. We find that STI like gonorrhea, herpes, chlamydia, syphilis and HPV can easily pass to giver and receiver when performing oral sex on a penis without a condom.

We don’t see STI passing when a bare penis is rubbed on underwear.
