Is it possible to have Type 2 Herpes (genital) spread to the mouth through oral sex? Or would the Type 2 herpes simply manifest itself as Type 1 Herpes (oral) if it were to infect a person in his/her mouth? Thank you.

Yes, it is possible for Type 2 Herpes to be passed to the mouth through oral sex and you are right, if you get Type 2 Herpes orally that develops into sores, these sore will look pretty much the same as if they were caused by Type 1 Herpes.
