I have not heard of chlamydia doing that.

Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted infection (STI) that is caused by the bacterium Chlamydia trachomatis and is a curable STI (leave’s the body completely) when treated with antibiotics.

It is common for people to have no symptoms when they have chlamydia. This means it is very important that sexual partners are treated for chlamydia as well so that the chlamydia is not passed back to the person who has already been treated.
