I just got tested for STIs and i was completely clean- what could this be? i’ve always had fairly heavy periods but never bleeding before!

Hi, thanks for your question.  It is best to have irregular bleeding checked out by a doctor or nurse at a clinic where your symptoms can be assessed and your cervix and vagina can be looked at to see the possible source of the bleeding.  Then the health provider can refer you for further testing if needed.  If you do not have a family doctor, then you could go to an STI clinic: http://smartsexresource.com/get-tested/clinic-finder
