Because you said you were not using condoms, I assume you are not worried about pregnancy, STIs or HIV as these activities would be a risk for all of these.

If you are in a monogamous relationship, you have both done your testing for HIV/STIs and you are not worried about pregnancy, the risk related to the activities that you have described would be moving certain bacteria that are found in her rectum to her urethra. These bacteria can cause a Urinary Tract Infection or UTI in the female partner. This can happen whenever there is anal contact followed by vaginal contact, either with fingers, penis or mouth.
