My partner and I would often have oral sex. He recently got tested for STIs and he doesn’t have anything. What are the chances of me getting an STI?

You would not get an STI unless one of your sexual partners had one.

As your partner tested negative on their STI test, you would not have a chance of getting an STI your partner was tested for, as long as they have no ongoing risk with someone else and was tested outside the window period. I am unsure what actual STI your partner was tested for.
