Hi
The rapid INSTI test is 95% accurate at 6 weeks and would give you a final result by 3 months. The pooled NAAT test and 4th Gen HIV antibody test when combined is about 90% accurate by 2 weeks and would give you a final result by 6 weeks.
Given that both of these tests came back negative for you I find it highly unlikely that the results would change if you repeated both tests in another week, but it is difficult for me to give you specific information as I do not know your individual situation. For example if someone has taken PEP because of a HIV risk the window periods for the HIV tests would be different.
If in doubt I would recommend getting in contact with the clinic that did the test, they could give you information based on your specific situation.
