Is there any risk of syphilis from a lap dance if you were wearing a short sleeved shirt and it involved tight hugging the naked dancers body and rubbing so that the exposed part of the arm touched parts of her body including the back, bottom and breasts? Are the chances increased if there were minor fissures from dermatitis on the arm?

It is very unlikely that syphilis would be passed by the activities you have described, this is not how we see this bacteria being spread.

Syphilis is usually passed through vaginal, anal or oral sex. It can also be spread through genital to genital rubbing. As there was no genital contact during the lap dance syphilis would not be passed.
