Home / Answered Questions / Unprotected oral sex and the chances for STI’s without ejaculation. But she was giving me oral for a very long time…over a couple of hours? Let me start by saying I am extremely scared right now. Last night I had unprotected oral sex (seemed to last a really long time) with her using a lot of saliva throughout the entire process. I did not ejaculate though because she said it was taking way to long so she stopped. She also licked a little below my testicles, not directly on anus, though. However, I’m almost positive a lot of her saliva reached my anus. Also, for about 2-4 seconds she unexpectedly stuck her finger in my anus but I quickly told her to remove her finger. What are my chances of contracting something…..she believes she is clean. Side note: I have had around 2-3 red bumps on the head of my penis for a very very long time (years). Got it checked but the doctor couldn’t see it because the only time you can see the red bumps is when I’m fully erect. Please respond as soon as you can, thanks Edit

The STIs that can be passed when you receive oral sex are Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Herpes and HPV. If the person giving you oral sex has any of these they can be easily passed to you.

Testing is the only way to know for sure if you have been infected so please check out our Find a clinic section for a testing clinic in your area. You may also want to look at our STIs at a glance chart on our Types of STIs page to see when it would be best to test. A good rule of thumb is to test if you notice any symptoms or three months after a risk.

It is good that you have had the red bumps check by your doctor. If they are only visible when you are erect then they are not related to any STI.
