HIV is not commonly passed this way because the virus lives a very short period outside the body. The clipper would have to be used on person who has HIV, and open bleeding skin, right before it was used on you.
The only way to know for sure if you have HIV is to get tested, so if you continue to be concerned you may want to get tested.
